Having spent 25yrs in retail rising through the ranks from a student to highly successful store manager, I have taken the decision to change the direction of my career to an industry I have looked at for many years.

Within a few months I passed the theory test, CPC and both my C and C+E licences.

It was then that I needed to find work.

I applied to a role by HGV Recruitment and within a week was working for a large supermarket chain.

Overall, it was a fantastic and simple experience from start to finish. For a newly qualified driver of HGV class 1, C&E I was given all the support and help to land the role to gain the experience, could not have found a better place to start.
