Newly Qualified HGV Drivers: The Road to Success

We keep hearing the same recurring story here at HGV Recruitment. I’ve recently passed my Class 2 or Class 1 test and as a newly qualified HGV driver, I am finding it difficult to find work due to lack of experience.

For many traditional employers, commercial on road experience is very often a must, as it is one thing to be trained to pass your test and another to be confident on the road thereafter and to be trusted in carrying out the work required.
